It is easy to use, has great features, and is adaptable to different industries.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to tailor it to meet our needs. It is very flexible and make adjustments is very intuitive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are a lot of options so making sure you get what you need up front can be very valuable post-implementation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be very thorough on the front end and make sure you get the proper modules to meet your business' needs.

What differentiates Acumatica Cloud ERP from other similar products?

Acumatica handles budgets, cost predictions, invoices, checks, and all other project accounting needs. To manage electronic invoice approvals, we use it in conjunction with Timberscan. When it comes to generating reports and connecting to Excel, we trust Velixo. We had to make some adjustments to the native functionality because it wasn't quite suitable for our purposes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Thanks to Acumatica, we have been able to continue improving our products to meet customer needs faster and more efficiently. Because of this, our sales and customer service staff can tailor their approach to each customer's unique needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think a drawback is the customization and data entry capabilities available on any screen. You may be able to view data in one location, but to make changes, you often need to open something deeper.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Acumatica's modification method is more suitable for a real programmer than a point-and-click administrator. Because it is a dynamic product, updates are not always fully backward compatible, unlike systems like Salesforce.
