What differentiates Acumatica Cloud ERP from other similar products?

The primary benefit for us was the dynamic pricing model where our annual fee is determined by the number of business transactions completed each month. This gave us cost certainty in a highly volatile business environment where our sales fluctuate dramatically from year to year.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how the transactions are all linked together through all the different modules. There are reference numbers for every transaction that allow click-through traceability for transactions all the way through the system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not handle inventory kits very well, and that is a large portion of our business so we have had to fight the system when it comes to kitting rather than the system help make it easier.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Think about any non-traditional business practices you may have and be sure to know if Acumatica can accommodate those practices.
