The ease of use and the intuitive nature of this product is a true highlight!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The group feature is invaluable

What do you dislike most about this product?

I am a one-person operation who has been using this product for decades. Between that and the fact that I am a senior citizen, I would greatly appreciate more flexibility in the price structure of this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I suggest trying it on for size due to the numerous features this product contains and the ease of use.

The contact management and Automated Marketing that ACT! Provides is unmatched! The way that ACT! has kept up with changing technology is fantastic!

It is a tie between contact management and marketing automation
