I've worked with 200+ companies and have found ACT! best in class for small businesses; easy to implement, easy to use daily.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I have a record of all my contacts and activities for over 20 years in business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reporting function isn't my favorite part.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Require all users to use it daily; set some grammatical protocols so you can look-up easier. Brainstorm your groups so they make sense.
