My comments regarding the pros & cons of using ACT

What differentiates Act! from other similar products?

ACT appears to have been created by and for sales and marketing teams; it is not a "boiler plate" generic platform that can be applied to all kinds of professions. For that reason the software is very much aligned with my industry.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The CRM tool is very user friendly and customizable to my market -- especially the look-up tools and group tools

What do you dislike most about this product?

The NOTES section has been a problem for me for more years than I can count. I don't understand why more design attention has not been focused on this area. I like to copy/paste email content from Outlook into ACT/NOTES section without having the formatting changed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Come up with a list of needs to help you do your job better; than watch multiple ACT training videos and talk to an ACT consultant or on-line sales person to confirm if ACT is the right tool for you.
