What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?

Accelo allows for businesses to purchase the modules based upon need and employee type, so you can purchase modules (such as sales, projects, tasks, reporting, billing) per individual user access. This makes a very cost effective and easy-to-train software, where you don't have to train employees how to use the entire robust platform, nor give them access to areas that don't apply to them. The platform is also very customizable so it conforms to your organization's processes instead of your company having to create processes around the platform's capabilities. These were all very important aspects to the software when we were shopping around.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Project and resource management is so easy!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reporting is limited unless you purchase the module, which is the only drawback to the entire platform that I've experienced.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is an extraordinary platform! We shopped multiple competitors and selected Accelo due to its flexibility and customization options. If you're searching for a customizable, easy-to-use and integrate platform, I highly recommend you consider Accelo. It's very cost effective and the individual modules help simplify your employee onboarding process. And the client portal is fantastic for approvals!

What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?

It seems to be built for our industry, many of the features suggest the product designers came from our industry.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The transparency it affords managers about both people and work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The lack of intuitiveness and the admin time it requires of our project managers. We're still looking to reduce that element in our work processes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Push the client service team hard on how your business processes will fit Accelo and what will be required to change. Have your eyes wide open about what implementation will look like.
