What differentiates 8x8 XCaaS from other similar products?

Their unique combination of services and functionality, including voice, video conferencing, team messaging, contact center and analytics, and the relatively seamless integration between everything.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Universal Team Messaging. In particular, we like that we can bring our own existing messaging app, and using the sameroom feature, have everything running smoothly in 8x8.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Setup and rollout was somewhat technically challenging. Personalization was not intuitive, and neither was the user interface.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Worth checking, but make sure you have the time and technical knowledge to figure things out.

What differentiates 8x8 XCaaS from other similar products?

Unlike competing products, this one has excellent customer service and is simple to set up and operate. When compared to its rivals, its price is very reasonable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I use 8x8 because of the many useful functions it provides. The flexibility to refuse calls, take a break, or work offline is a huge time saver, and I really like being able to easily access past recordings and change call routings. It's not that complicated of a piece of software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Unfortunately, I can't view caller ID when using the mobile version of 8x8. The calls will be of poor quality if you do not have access to reliable service or WiFi, which is to be expected.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This software comes highly recommended by me due to the extensive set of features it provides while maintaining a modest monthly fee.
