What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Zoom, it has a simple and practical structure to use, the audio video quality is good, compared to the mobile application it provides great value, adds value to connect to internal meetings from anywhere, another of the virtues of this application is ease of recording meetings is wonderful and even informs the rest of the members that the recording is in progress.

What do you dislike most about this product?

With Zoom I have no difficulties to work, it is essentially and basic to create virtual office and work from a distance and without problems.

I recommend Zoom to synchronize with the Outlook calendar with the zoom, it allows the reception of meeting alerts before the meeting, also to share the screen in a practical way, essential for presentations.

My favorite aspects of Zoom are all since, as I mentioned before, the application has everything, it is extremely complete, however my favorites are: the possibility of sharing a screen in the middle of a meeting to show a graph or report, in addition to how stable it can be. Being, in the organization where I work we usually hold weekly conferences between branches, and the truth is that communication is extremely fluid through zoom

I will be very blunt when saying that there is absolutely nothing that displeases me about this wonderful application since as I said before, zoom is extremely complete and powerful, and the reality is that we are very happy to have zoom

Zoom is easy to set up for both you and anyone outside of the organization. The investment to install is low, and pretty much all of the partners or companies we have to deal with host meetings on Zoom.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its features are pretty much a Vanilla me-too kind of product as other online meeting platforms. Zoom stuck to the basics and provided a good meeting experience, however, there are no distinguishing features that make it stand out (aside from the sheer market share)

For folks looking to add Zoom to their meeting portfolio, ask around first. Ask their customers, suppliers, partners, and the folks you interact with most, what meeting platform are they on. If most of them use Zoom, then you know Zoom will be compatible and it will be easy for you to have meetings with them.
