The big difference between this tool and another is that this system is quite functional and fast as well as simple when users who do not know the tool can use it.

what I like the most is that it is quite easy to use and organizations can have access to the tool without problems

My recommendation is to implement this system in a more confident way, because there are more benefits that it could have in the long term than those that do not.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

It's helpful that they have a free option so if you don't need multiple users or need to conduct long calls, this is an easy affordable option. The paid plans are also responsibly priced and the ability to download recordings has been very helpful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that I can choose from different plans that make sense for both personal and business use. I also like that the quality of the video is fairly consistent and it's easy to host group calls.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish that there didn't need to be complicated passcodes and meeting logins. It would be great if they just had waiting rooms like Doxy.me so you could share one site with folks. I also wish the recordings didn't take so long to save to the cloud/computer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's popular and has free options, so most folks you encounter will have some experience using the platform making it easy to both implement and share. If you are going to have regular group meetings, it's definitely worth it to pay for a plan with more features.

There are several quite similar software such as GoToMeeting, they may look similar on the surface, but there are key features for each platform that set them apart, but both are exceptional platforms for communicating with your viewers during the webinar.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This type of program is being implemented for our meetings motivated by the fact that it is much better to share presentations with referents in graphs and dynamic tables through these, on occasions we use the program even though we are all in the same room motivated by the great advantage of sharing images and files, it's just splendid, and when done over long distances everyone has the same information.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like the fact that when meeting participants lose connection to their network they are immediately kicked out of the meeting, or have to be given permission to enter the conference room again, it only takes a little Fail the internet and you'll be out of the meeting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You must do test meetings before summoning all your staff to an online meeting, or teach a course, it is necessary that you know how to handle the software perfectly as a meeting administrator, knowing how to share files and the screen is something that you must have completely managed .
