The only way zoom is a key differentiator is because of the market share it owns.

Free to use and has a downloadable app.

Bad UX, product feels inferior in comparison to google meet in terms ease of use.

If it's not a necessity, prefer google meet.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is easy to use, even for new users. It feels like you are actually in the same room. I can move and shrink the screen so I am looking at the person speaking and they see my eye contact, I am not looking down. I love the screen sharing capabilities, the ability to share video and share computer audio, I like the whiteboard function and want to use it more. Security is easy to manage, especially through the waiting room. Breakout rooms are easy to create, use, move between. Large groups and small all work well. I like that I can rearrange location of people in gallery view. I like the alternate backgrounds and the ease of creating my own.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
zoom is very easy to use easy screen sharing no need of training for using it even for first time virtual whiteboard
What do you dislike most about this product?
no dislikes for zoom. It is perfect for video conferencing
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
everyone should consider it for their video conferencing requirement.
