What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Microsoft Teams, Amazon chime, Skype, WebEx
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
lots of control and functionality in the hands of the host and ease of use in large meetings.
What do you dislike most about this product?
- bit pricy over the completions - need to download the app to use full features - not the best video quality
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a premium corporate product which has gained so much hype in the covid era. It has some problems but the features and the ease of use, easily outweigh the problems and would recommend it.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The stable connectivity and the controls that a host has to control the meeting like muting and unmuting other members when they raise their hand and wants to speak.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The chat feature and Q&A features are in a different windows and they never create any confusion among themselves.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Instant messaging and instant calling are not available on zoom as of now.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend Zoom team to integrate instant messaging and instant calling within their product.

Not much differences between competitor platforms, just a lot more features and filters
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Breakout rooms and the ability to share you link and create your own meeting link ID
What do you dislike most about this product?
When the host begins presenting, zoom takes over my screen and creates a new screen
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely worth it!
