Fast loading and secure. your meetings are secure and only people with the link or code can access the meeting room. A feature I praise as our work is of great sensitivity and requires us to maintain people's privacy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Recording your meeting for future reference. So if you're the host of the meeting you can as well record the whole meeting and this can be used in the future to prove that a meeting did take place, this is mostly and highly important since the breakout of covid-19. We were forced to be home and zoom became more popular on the market as many if not all companies made Zoom the office of choice. Saving your future meetings directly to calendar is an awesome feature as you get quick reminders for your important meeting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Limited time on air, you have to end the meeting and restart again, but hey I am not complaining, it can only be a little annoying but we need to give dues where they belong, the app performs and is free.

Then zoom is for you, try it for free and there is no trial period, you can use the free features for as long as you want. upgrade when you have higher needs and are seeking a more interactive and no-limit plan.

It is distinct from other programs in that the usage of data and privacy is constantly safeguarded, and its individualized tools for improving the audio and video quality are among the most cutting-edge in the market.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom can be used with little difficulty by anyone. To all intents and purposes, you may as well be in the same room. I am able to adjust the size of the screen to avoid looking down at it and instead maintain eye contact with the person speaking to me. I really appreciate being able to share my screen, as well as record and share audio from my computer, and I find the whiteboard feature useful and would like to employ it more often. The waiting room is a prime location from which to monitor and control access to restricted areas. It takes little effort to set up, operate, and switch between breakout rooms.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In fact, I can't think of a single thing. I wish there were more individuals who could access meetings with a meeting ID and invite others to them without having to copy and paste a link from their phone's text messages into an email on their computer.
