What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is a communication service that allows users to make free video calls to other Zoom accounts. Instant messaging and file sharing are also allowed for free. For those who do not use a phone, Zoom also allows month-to-month subscription services or per-minute rates to place Zoom on phone calls so that communication can still occur. It's reliable, stable and many people have been using it for free for years with success.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The main advantage of using Zoom is its ability to call anyone in the world who has an account without being charged anything. It is much easier to externalize a remote sales presentation thanks to Zoom's screen-sharing capability. Meetings can be conducted using this service and each participant can independently view the information to be shared. This makes it much easier to propitiate discussions, create individualized impacts and propagate information in a more memorable way.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom could add a translation feature in its software. If a user sends a text to another user in a different language, Zoom could translate it for that user. It is possible that the license cost for professional use could be reduced to compete with other competitors. Bandwidth requirements are high and could be reduced.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
On-screen instructions guide users through the rest of the setup process. In just a few minutes, Zoom can be set up for the system and all users need to do is link an account to the communications program or start a new account. There are no set times when people can use Zoom. It can be used whenever needed and many of the contacts allowed through the service are free, as mentioned above.
