What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom was implemented for its webinar facilities & is the go to for large meetings, this is a key differentiator for Zoom
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Everyone seems to be very familiar with the solution as it is widely adopted for business & home use, which makes it very easy to manage with minimal user interaction, (only when there is issues)
What do you dislike most about this product?
Support could be better & getting the details needed. sometimes it feels like the burden is on us to continue requesting support. receiving a lot of emails.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Its simple, many users already know how to use it so is straight forward. and is the best for large meeting

They require you to have premium service to do special feature on video call
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
If need of a quick video call good to use
What do you dislike most about this product?
Can’t use the video call function for unlimited time like google or Microsoft video call
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would use other products like chrome or Microsoft team and majority of companies use these products already.
