First of all, it's simple to use and quick to set up; even those without accounts can join conferences calls with a few simple clicks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The tool's simplicity and speedy connection process without the need for lengthy form completing. Fast and highly objective describe it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
For those who are just getting started, it can be perplexing; occasionally, we observe people who struggle to link the audio since it's not quite evident that they must connect individually.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In addition to being quick and simple to use, Zoom is one of the most well-known video call applications and is utilized by those who don't use it frequently.

Video conferencing leader for a reason.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Brand recognition. It's like Kleenex. Whether you're using any video conferencing tool, saying it's a Zoom call you know what is happening.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's very intuitive to use and requires little to no training for my users. I don't have to explain how to use the features because they can easily figure it out. I don't have any troubleshooting either.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It would be easier to just use a single video conferencing tool, but with everyone's comfortability and knowledge of Zoom, it's expected that we have to offer it as an option.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Figure out if you can use a tool that fits in your software stack already (not using 365=Teams or Google Workspace=Meet) and if not Zoom is you best choice.
