What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
I think what makes Zoom unique is that its ability to record meeting a lor easier than the other tools available.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like especially where people can use this tool wituout requiring an account
What do you dislike most about this product?
When I try to join an urgent meeting, the update interstitial bothers me every time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I'd recommend them to not to stick with free version only, and explore the benefits via premium plan.

Ease of use and fast integration. HD video and audio is an important feature.

End-to-end encryption for all meetings

No access to Chromebook / subscription-based business model

If you are comfortable with subscribing to another tool, Zoom is the right choice for video conferencing

It makes us look good in more ways than one

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Teams is a pain to log into and sometimes glitches for us. Skype always works, but the video quality is poor. FaceTime feels to personal and private to use for business. RingCentral is bloated. Google Meet is pretty good, probably second best. What Zoom does that the others don't is make you look good. The "touch up my appearance" feature is a game changer. I did not realize how big a difference it would make until I used other video call software. But Zoom is straightforward to use for most people, even the least technically savvy colleagues. It opens and logs in for you every time. All the others seem to want you to log in all the time!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's easy to take for granted how consistently good the quality of the video call experience is. This has to be my favourite aspect of Zoom. It always works, and it just removes this emotional barrier that sometimes exists with using software. It is rare to find software that gets out of the way. The next best feature is "touch up my appearance". Skype is the worst one for video appearance. It is so important to feel confident in a business meeting. Third best feature is being able to move the video of the person I want to look at to a custom position, closer to the webcam to enhance eye contact.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are a couple of things I wish Zoom did. 1) Being able to move the video of the person I want to look at even closer to the top edge of my laptop screen, as close as possible to the webcam. 2) I have lost chat notes from too many meetings. It would be good to get an email recap of the chats that happened during the meeting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have not tried it yet, try it and see for yourself.
