It's simplicity and popularity, gives you a multi platform solution
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The fact at the beginning it enabled all the platforms communicate with video Conference and content share, it was simple fast and smooth that's why everyone used it
What do you dislike most about this product?
The layout that can't be very customized

If you need a solution for any platform that works then don't hesitate

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The whiteboard capability is really fantastic
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of which I can integrate meeting invites into my sales emails.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it can be unstable if the person calling in does not have the app and is just trying to use the website.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Look around for sure, but I think Zoom is great. It has all the functionality of its competitors plus a lot more.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
There is nothing really that sets it far apart from similar products. I find that the video quality is better and that it works easily for outside attendees.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the waiting room feature when hosting calls so that I am not caught off guard by participants joining early.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes attendees won't receive notifications that an invite has changed and try to log in to an old invite or address if I end up switching rooms with a colleague.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely use the app between mobile and desktop!
