What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Between the various video conferencing softwares I have used, zoom has been able to provide me the most stability.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use- I was able to get my parents to learn to use it so easily!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom will update 5 mins before your call- and does not give you an option to update at a later point.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for it! It is a worthwhile investment.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
During a recent workshop, I utilized breakout rooms to divide the team into smaller groups for brainstorming ideas. This feature has been particularly invaluable for project planning.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Once, In a confidential strategy meeting, we experienced an unexpected intrusion.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend exploring the advanced features available in the paid plans, such as webinar hosting and increased participant limits.

Lots of features in a single software

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The meeting joining criteria makes it different from others. We can schedule a meeting for later, can provide code or links. Its number of feature are numerous.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of this product is- It allows us to raise hands and some sort of reactions features during the meeting. The host have lot more control over the audience that have joined the meeting. Like host can control who is allowed to share its screen or unmute.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike the (join audio) option. Yes, there are lot of feature in the software but there are also super confusing feature are available so any newbie can find harder to use this.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you seeking a features packed software for video conferencing and meetings then this may be the good choice for you.
