What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best on zoom is client communication and smooth virtual whiteboard functionality.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Additional features if added it can highly improve chat and chat options.

Meeting it's development solutions at peak I highly recommend it for all!

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom has really come a long way from when I first started using it in my professional career. The ease and usability of the product has only gone up year over year, and they've continually worked on improving the product. I can tell that call quality, clearness, and ease of use has gone up over the past few years.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of this product is the ease of which we can record meetings, as well as the ease of integration with other business intelligence tools. I frequently use Gong to review my zoom calls, and haven't had an issue with transcription, video/audio quality, etc. It just works and that's what I love about it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The thing I dislike most about zoom (and maybe this is on our implementation) is the lack of auto-population for zoom links when setting meetings with certain teammates. We like to make rooms specifically for our sales folks, and keeping the separate zoom links for each AE seems like something that should be solved by now when you create a google calendar meeting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom can easily be used out of the box to get you started where you are now. Don't wait for perfection to buy the product, get those meetings going and get the data on the back end easily to improve your process!
