Zoom is highly acceptable product which is easily accepted everywhere, it's services are quite genuine and rock solid from voice quality to the controls

Connectivity and communication bandwisth is what I like the most. It gives premium service to the end customer.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no zoom option while screen sharing. This is what I dislike very much

It is utilized for more than just internal online meetings; it is also used for business negotiations, addressing queries, and other client engagements. What you can do depends on the plan, however, I am happy that I can easily utilize it for personal internal meetings even with a free account. I now have a pro subscription, and it is really useful to be able to record limitless time and meetings in the cloud, even for huge groups of people. It's great for taking minutes.

After all, I believe the smoothness of the video and audio is the most crucial characteristic. When compared to other firms' systems, the frequency of delays is modest and has no impact on the meeting's flow. Another advantage is the large number of users. I am delighted to be able to utilize a system that is widely used by outsiders.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because the screen may flicker depending on the webcam, you may change the speed of the camera in the zoom. It may not operate well with PPT, keynote, or video, and as a consequence may become stiff; consequently, increasing the number of supported frames.
