What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom offers a very easy to use service. It has all the basic feature you need to get started with video conferencing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that the free version allows for 30-40 minute windows. I also like the private chat feature as well as the screen share. It's all very useful and helpful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike that so many people use it so when you're trying to stand out as a small business, using Zoom can almost sound old or basic. I've been using Google Meetings or newer softwares to make myself stand out and showcase that I'm a little better than the normal/basic options.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would say 100% use this to get yourself going. See what you like and what you don't like then decide if you want the Pro version or something different. Everyone uses Zoom as a basic video comm platform so I feel like it's vital that we all use and understand it to stay with the trends.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
I would say I love how I can use the product for video calling and it allows me to set up webinars, its very easy to use and requires 0% technical knowledge to use the platfiorm
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The feature which is my favourite us the live or on-demand webinars feature. This allows me to pre-record my webinars and play it on the day.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would say, the communication between internal employees like messaging can be improved. We are using two platforms at the moment - Slack only to communicate with one another and Zoom to make calls and meetings.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For video or voice calling this platform is the very best, no other like it. And also if you are looking to do virtual events, this platform is the very best and easy to use.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Without zoom I can't imagine my day being a remote engineer, the accessibility and ease of use zoom provides is just incredible and the features are just upto the mark and what we all need to communicate over the internet effectively, other products are just overkill and unnecessary load of features I belive
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The simple yet elegant interface, audio-video quality, and customization it provides on top of it are my favorite aspects of the product
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is literally nothing I dislike about the product
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for effective communication tools for your spread across globe, then zoom is tool for you, its worth the investment
