The interface is user friendly and call recording is very convenient.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The breakout room feature is amazing whereas participants can be divided into smaller focus groups.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The internet bandwidth required is often quite high.

This is a great product for individuals in remote and work-from-home setup. Please go ahead with it without any hesitation.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It sets itself apart with its high-quality video and audio, ease of use, a variety of integrations, and some very robust features, breakout rooms, and virtual backgrounds. It's also very reliable and scalable, whether for small meetings or large webinars
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like the most with Zoom is that the quality of the video and audio is really very good. Provided your Internet connection is okay, it does an outstanding job when hundreds of participants are connected in a video call. This reliability makes communication and collaboration far easier and, subsequently, meetings and webinars more effective and interactive
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of the major cons with using Zoom is updates and changes quite frequently; it disrupts and causes a little confusion with its use. It also has some security issues, so one needs to be very aware of the settings to maintain privacy
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Look at Zoom for feature fit based on your needs, check its scalability with respect to your organization, and stay up to date with best practices regarding security. Use available trials to test functionality and ensure integrations go well with your current tooling and workflows
