What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom has features such as background blur and audio noise cancelation which really sets Zoom apart from the other video conferencing tools in the market.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One major aspect of zoom i love is that Zoom always provides a good audio as well as video clarity and there is nearly no lag in the video conference even when i am in a poor network.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Enterprise version of Zoom is priced on the higher side.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In times such as this pandemic i would highly recommend Zoom to any business since this is a professional video conferencing tool equipped with a bundle of features

Zoom is great for day-to-day basis communication

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It requires little to no end-user training as it features one-touch feature to join or start meetings across devices. The other advantagebis the ability to host very large online conferences which is ideal for businesses with a lot employees. This is great when we need to host collaboration events not just with employees but with other businesses too
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Really user-friendly. Just about everyone feels confident using Zoom which makes our job easier. There is access to in-depth support, such as live help, online chat, phone support and help articles
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom does rely on us having a good connection and there is always an anxiety about holding up the session if our connection went down so some users may be not be able to participate properly because of a poor connection
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There is no doubt that Zoom is a suitable solution to hold video calls, chat, host meetings or webinars and if you are seeking a new solution to do all that you should likely consider Zoom
