What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom has all the great features required for us Polly integration, whiteboard, screen sharing, remote control access, annotation, video calling, VOIP, messaging, file sharing, audio controller, video animations and effects, and so on. The differentiating thing about zoom is they provide all these features with a seamless user experience and great support

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom comes with AppStore that has multiple applications for our needs, it helps me to manage my meeting duration, agenda, also multiple third-party apps are available for which zoom provides excellent security support

What do you dislike most about this product?

Licensing cost is slightly high as compared to other products.

could be a great fit, managing work in hybrid working culture

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

I think zoom is in the right direction with its application. People globally use it; maybe because of its ease of use, most people I know have a hard time using other software. I occasionally use Zoom when I am getting interviewed, and my clients mostly prefer it over the others. What differentiates Zoom from other software is that it enables the host to control the meeting, which in the past was not really a thing and was not in demand. Because of COVID, we all have to adjust to the digital world, and so does communication. Luckily, Zoom did its best and stood out from others as they bring value to other businesses!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the breakout rooms feature; I have used other software which we won't mention here, and this feature is unique and innovative! It separates this app from others as this clearly can be used by coaches for their classes with their students!

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wouldn't say I like its looks; it has a 90s vibe in its UI zoom meeting. What matters is the features. Additionally, I don't like it when I share my screen; the camera of the person I am talking to becomes smaller. I hardly can't see their reactions, it's hard to resize it; I am lost using it. Sorry.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Suppose you are a small business that needs packed video calls and chat features. Then Zoom is your go-to app! Why? Many globally use this; even older people use it for bible studies. Also, this application has many integrations available. As a Business Automation Workflow specialist, I have seen many possible integrations. Their API is robust, and the webhooks are easy to implement and connect with the tools I need!
