What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Just that it's a very easy application to use. Very intuitive, nothing complex. Easy to connect to a call when you get a link in an email. The app opens right away and it's very simple.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the connection doesn't feel strong, or there are tech issues with Zoom calls.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The best thing about it is basically everyone uses Zoom, so it makes it easy to connect with others.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom has a broader function of compatibility for a wide range of clientele where no licensing is needed
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of this product is that clients can connect without having to sign up or pay for a license and they can do it for multiple devices and platforms/———————
What do you dislike most about this product?
It seems that every time you open up the application it has to run through an updating process. Where are you? Generally become late to the meeting that you scheduled. It is highly recommended to open the software at least 30 minutes prior to your meeting. I don’t recommend leaving the application open at all times because it is a major system hog.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It’s a great product, but it has its flaws. All of its flaws are easily overcome by preparation and knowledge of product functions and compatibility hurdles within other individuals connecting to a meeting I recommend paying for at least one license to try it out first before you implemented companywide.
