What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Seamless auto and video calls makes zoom better than other products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When 5 team members are connecting or 50, zoom works very smoothly. Secondly. control sharing is an amazing feature on screenshare.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing which I can say at the moment.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you organisation allows, you must use zoom for your audio/video calls, delivering training, and virtual meets.

We can easily connect with anyone especially those outside of our organisation with just a link.

Very handy and so easy to use. Excellent video calling quality.

Network connectivity is an issue sometimes

Definitely go with it. You wouldn't face chat issues when you are communicating with someone outside of your organisation.
