What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The breakout rooms are brilliant for dividing attendees up and setting tasks to boost the engagement. The need to not download the app saves alot of time and hassle. The connection always seems better than other platforms leading to less interruptions
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I have used Zoom for many years alongside other similar platforms. I have used Zoom to lead and attend training. I have successfully ran multiple presentations using Zoom. In recent training, I attended a 5 day remote learning online course over Zoom. It has a simple lay out and can be joined online without using the app which saved me time and hassle in asking our IT department to download it for me. I have personally found that I experience less connectivity issues with Zoom compared to other meeting platforms. Delivering training via Zoom is super easy and you can control the whiteboard and breakout rooms which has boosted engagement
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have no complaints about Zoom, it is a totally efficient platform for hosting meetings and training. It is a pretty average system - with all capabilities matching its competitors products in the same sector
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I have used multiple meeting systems recently - I would perhaps would need to stick to one - being Zoom moving forward to experience less connectivity issues
