What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Integrates with most tools like Calendly and Google calendar to make it easier for clients and team to join the meeting after booking for an appiontment
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I do like the audio and video quality of the tool while in the meeting, Has affordable pricing and is easy to understand and setup the meeting enviroment
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom is just okay to use, have not seen much serious issue with the tool yet
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend the software because it is fairly priced

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoom's reliability and adaptability for meetings of any size is what I like most about it. Its innovative AI tools, such as quick meeting prep and summaries, simplify work processes. Additionally, customizable features like backgrounds and themes enhance user experience.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I find the cost of advanced features high compared to its alternatives. Most times I experience connection issues whenever I am working from low bandwidth regions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Start with the free version so that you may understand how to use it. Gradually upgrade if more features such as cloud recording and large meetings are needed. Besides, in advance check if the internet connection will pose any challenges for consistent performance. Don’t forget to check out Zoom’s integrations, they can be quite helpful.
