Great Product for Online meet & video call

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Host can record the meetings. There can be many co-host. Screen sharing is easy. Meeting schedule can be synced with Google Calendar.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
User Interface is interactive, easy to use. Screen can be easily shared. Audio and Video quality is awesome. Zoom provide a feature to message to particular participant or message to all.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Paid version of Zoom is very costly. Any participant can easily record the meet using third party software. Limited Participant is allowed in free version.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a great product to go for online meet, and video conferencing. Various features like online screen sharing, integrations with other software and apps makes it an awesome platform.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Its reliability and high availability is far superior to its competitors. It's amazing how Zoom managed to keep up with the growing global demand in this pandemic period without experiencing downtime issues. (at least not for me).
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its high availability. It is quite frustrating when you have a conference with a plenty of people and faces connection issues. It is something which can put on the ground your credibility.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom had serious security issues in the recently past. And the way they have handled that didn't seem that much professional. Also there are some features we can see in its competitors which Zoom could develop as well. RealTime transcription it is something desirable.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are planning to use zoom in quite serious presentations and conferences, don't forget to give special attention to your internal network infrastructure. Things like a QOS properly configured in your router and a redundant internet link are important to provide the best experience to your users.
