What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The interface is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy for people to navigate and use without much training. It integrates well with other tools and platforms, such as Slack, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace, which helps streamline workflows.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoom is easy to use and allows people to connect, meet, and have discussions from anywhere in the world. It's great to be able to voice call, share your screen, and provide significant demos to big groups of people. I also appreciate that Zoom provides the easiest-to-use interface for the other call participants. Zoom consistently functions well when one of the attendees has to share their screen or face. I've seen that other video conferencing apps have trouble with this as well, and the host is typically left having to figure out how to let someone else share their screen.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One thing I don't like about Zoom Workplace is that, especially for novice users, the sheer amount of capabilities offered can occasionally feel overwhelming. There may be a bit of a learning curve as it takes some time to navigate and comprehend every option. Updates might also momentarily interfere with workflows while users become used to new features or interfaces. Although the platform is generally dependable, there have been occasions when connectivity problems or variations in video quality have occurred, which can be annoying during crucial meetings.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Highly Recommended for smooth connectivity and best audio/video quality.

Great app for video conferencing.

Zoom can handle large amount of participants without compromising with audio and video quality
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There numerous features like screen sharing, whiteboard, raise hand etc.. which helps me a lot
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometime there is a lag in meetings while using screen share and white board especially when the participants are in large numbers
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I will recommend zoom meeting as it is a great app for video conferencing with large number of participants
