What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It does seem to use less of our computer and phone “resources” because it does run pretty quickly. Also, for us, the chat room feature is a huge plus. We use it with about half a dozen Clients.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The speed with which it runs—across all of our devices.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The fact that people have to download software to use it. And it’s not always that easy or intuitive to change settings or manage controls when you’re actually live in a meeting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Even though we have some reservations about it there isn’t a really better product that we’ve found. It works. And when it comes to me with clients and meeting with prospects the most important thing is that it works—you don’t want a video conference or critical meeting to glitch or stall—and this works consistently and avoids those pitfalls.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It is an amazing video conferencing and chat platform. Video and audio quality is superb. It allows screen-sharing. The host has access to participant’s mic, sound, and video etc. It is easy to use for both host and the participants. It is very easy to join the meeting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoom has 4 pricing levels and the first one is basic which is free. You can use it if you have100 participants and the time limit is 40 minutes. If you want more, go with the paid version.
What do you dislike most about this product?
You are disconnected from the meeting without any warning if you have slow internet connection then you have to join again. If you have any problem in screen-sharing, you have to leave the meeting and join again and it is annoying.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Recommended for its good video and audio quality. Free version is recommended for those who are happy with 40 minutes while business and enterprise worth 19.99$ per month and pro version 14.99$ per month which is not expensive so it is highly recommended.
