What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom has one of the best optimized video and audio calling features; it works fine even if your network bandwidth is limited, which is impressive. The best part about Zoom is their app section, which is extremely useful for me because I can now integrate Zoom with all of the third-party tools that I frequently use and connect all of them together, which saves me a lot of time. It integrates with Slack, Google Calendar, and other services.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom has changed the way meetings are held, accelerating the transition to a digital world. We can easily connect with our clients in real-time and improve user experience with the help of Zoom. The audio, video, and screen-sharing are all excellent. It is available on a variety of platforms (mobile, PC, Web Browser, etc.), allowing you to access it from anywhere and at any time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although Zoom is a pretty solid tool for making calls or holding online meetings, it still needs some improvements. For example, Zoom should add a feature that determines whether or not the user has read the message and if it was delivered properly. Also, dealing with too many participants can be difficult if you don't have a dual monitor, and zoom should include a feature that allows you to turn off everything on the screen except the person who is presenting his screen.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom is a great solution for any size business, whether you are just an individual doing your normal online meetings or sessions with friends or family or taking business calls and meetings and doing online seminers. It has all of the essential features that you will require. Furthermore, their third-party app integration process is very strong and effective, so switching from other tools or managing everything at once will result in a more productive time and save you time.

Zoom is suddenly showed up because of the correct and the spready advertisement. It's the first application I discovered the file sharing, Screen sharing features. These were the differentiates I found for the first.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how easy it is to use and how many functions it has. However, I mostly use three applications, all of which provide the same services, and one of them needs undoubtedly do something novel to revolutionize virtual conversations and to be at the top the list.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If you are not subscribing to them, it will disconnect the conference! Instead of this unpleasant move, why don't they reduce the feature? Many times, I did not realize that I needed to subscribe! Why should I pay to use it once a month?

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend if you want to use it everyday to subscribe with Zoom. Otherwise, find another application because they will disconnect the conference
