Easy to collaborate from anywhere in the world

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
From years of working with Cisco's WebEx platform, Zoom takes the cake here. It is easy to use, has great recording and easy sharing capabilities. Cisco could learn a thing or two about ease of use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
That I can download the files into an offline MP4 format, without a 3rd party app.
What do you dislike most about this product?
That when I split recordings, it doesn't give me a new link to share with a password.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need to collaborate internally or with customers, this is the software for your company.
