What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

The overall quality offered by Zoom is much better than other competing platforms, the video conferences, calls and video calls processed on this platform have incredible quality. Zoom offers greater interaction in each of the video conferences, offering a unique chat system that works in real time and helps general communication within the video conference. It has more professional tools that allows you to modify the video conference interface, files attached to the video conference and much more, the general customization system of video conferences is superior to that offered on other platforms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The system for creating and inviting new people to the video conference is very complete, Zoom allows you to create personalized invitations, send invitations via email or via a contact list, and allows you to add automated reminders for each planned video conference. Zoom for mobile devices works very well, you can create and manage new video conferences in just minutes. The chat in each video conference works very well, allowing you to interact in real time, participate in voting, send images or attachments, or raise your hand to participate as a Speaker within the video conference.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom video conferences can also be scheduled and an access code can be sent to enter to the video conference room. I don't like this, since this code has sometimes been leaked by unauthorized people, and these people have entered our videoconferences. I do not recommend using this feature, I recommend using personalized invitations to video conferences to avoid these inconveniences.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My main recommendation is that users should use Zoom only on devices with a very optimal internet connection. Currently, Zoom generates video conferences in very high quality, and if you do not have a very fast network connection, you will have a lot of delay in the transmission of video and audio, you will also have problems viewing the video conference in real-time. It is not possible to modify the default quality of video conferences, which is why I recommend a good network connection.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

It is more affordable and great for when using for meetings within the organization and clients, great for collaboration with teams that are working on the same project to stay up to date.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being to interact with my teams and clients via Zoom that enables me to communicate at any time which makes my life very easy remotely

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not have many features such as muting background noise when in a conference calls and blurring or changing my background setting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is easy to set up and very intuitive and have customer support 24/7 that can always contact if feel lost and do not what to do. great when wanting to use for business and personal projects/conference like webinars and so on.
