What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like zoom's white board features and power point as a virtual background

What do you dislike most about this product?

I like the ease to setup, connectivity, and off-course zoom's chat features

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I suggest you to use zoom if you are a sales person who have long meeting with clients, Presentation, white board, transcription are all great features.

High quality video conference meetings & also the background changes is unqiue.

Directly it could be recorded in the cloud which is very helpful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integration wasn't very smooth.

If you want a high quality audio / video conference meeting. Go for Zoom.
