What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

The prioritizing of participants and the ability to have multiple co-hosts. Also, better video streaming quality.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use and management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Many of the keyboard hotkeys gets lost due to lost of focus in Windows 10. This causes extra setup when using a Stream Deck or similar problem.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The free version does not scratch the breath of features. I would recommend subscribing for the full version for a month or so to test our for your circumstances. If you are satisfied after this period, then look into purchasing an enterprise licence based on the number of seats needed. This product can be used strictly as stand alone cloud accounts or integrated as a part of you AD accounts.
