What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom has more features and is easier to use than any other teleconference program I have used either as an end user or an administrator. It is intuitive and the platform is stable and reliable. The audio almost never fails and when it does it's easy to recover from. I have used a few other platforms and I find Zoom to be the easiest to learn. It's my go-to and I use it whenever possible.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of sharing invites and adding to calendar.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would love better virtual background stability.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend trying the free version to get a feel for the product. It provides enough of a peek into Zoom's functionality to make an informed decision as to whether the paid version will provide what you need.

Zoom is always reliable it saves me time and it helps so much in connecting me to all aspects that's needed for my business.I think the customer service is outstanding and very helpful.

I love the product

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend trying the product! It will be very helpful,useful to anyone who needs to connect with many different types of outlets and with multiple people at one time.The quality is so wonderful it has clear high resolution content that provides less interruptions so you can get everything accomplished in a shorter period of time that saves you money.You can personalize it the way you want staying in control in every way possible and the sound quality is amazing it's also,very clear you can be sure to hear clearly every detail.
