What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

It has been around longer. And I believe that other products try to mimic what zoom does.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It was easy to use. There are easy tutorials that anyone can use at home and at work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

IT Cost money just to use extra features

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I wouldn’t recommend changing or adding anything.

I like the options to screen share and private chat

What do you dislike most about this product?

The audio and video sharing is awful it often skips and the students have trouble either hearing or watching videos from the teachers share

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Send out links early and be prepared for troubles getting in in the begging of using

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom has proven to be an effective product and is very user friendly. My account and data are safe and this has been a helpful tool in communication between employees, since the start of COVID-19.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It rid not take long at all to learn how to use Zoom! And customer service has been very helpful with any questions I have had.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing that I dislike about Zoom. I have not had any issues at all.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely try it out..will not disappoint!
