What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Access is very easy, it is very often used because of the capabilities it offers in communicating simultaneous users, especially in videoconferences, it is very useful since it offers its own tools for its development.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Quality is one of the fundamental aspects, generally I use it in conferences or at the time of holding meetings that require a high number of participants, apart from it it is very easy to invite other users and participate in the meeting, in terms of interfaces both in Mobile devices such as computers work properly with high performance, in terms of image and video transmission are very stable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
So far I have not found any negative aspect in this regard, its functions are light and adapt to any user at a general level, as well as it is easy to implement in any company.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In general terms it is a simple product, it does not offer complications for the end user, the support is adequate and in terms of interfaces in both mobile and computers the capabilities are similar, it is fast in terms of connection and efficient video and audio quality Of course it will depend on the internet connection has its free version and the paid versions are very profitable in terms of the capabilities offered.

Zoom is an intuitive audio & video conferencing app that allows to seamlessly conduct an online video conference from anywhere.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best aspect of Zoom is that it has a feature that lets me record audio and video for future references.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The editing feature of a recorded video is a bit confusing and hard to use for anyone without editing skills.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom is the best video and audio conferencing app for a remote team. So, team that requires frequent communication can use Zoom to conduct online conferencing literally from anywhere.
