What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

It comes in various packages from basic which is free to use to advanced ones thus offering freedom of usage based on ones pocket.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its easy to use where the process of installing and registering is instant thus allowing for its easy usage. It can be used even from a mobile device and this ensures that one is able to communicate easily anywhere at any time. It has diversified the way we work and communicate and colleagues as it gives us ability to share updates and tasks on the go and during the non-working hours.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When the internet connection is poor using the platform becomes a bit of a problem.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its unique and cost effective and it will help your organization achieve vital goals by simplifying the process of communication.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

It supports audible and clear video calls hence allowing communication to continue uninterrupted.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has allowed our colleagues to communicate with ease across the various branches and allow them to work with ease. It has eliminated the need for holding constant physical meetings where we can now hold them virtually and hence save time and costs. Customer support is availed by the vendor and it helps all clients who maybe stuck somewhere in using the platform with ease.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Poor internet connections affect the quality of video calls as they appear slow and hanging.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking to acquire a video conferencing platform then this is the right choice and it will boost the way you work and communicate.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom is different from different similar products because of how it is so innovative. It keeps on coming up with more options and tools that other systems like Google Meet does not have. It just does very well compared to its competitors and it is just generally easier to use. Also, it is free!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is how the user does not need to download anything to join meetings. If someone were to invite you to a Zoom meeting, the person can join without downloading anything and I think that is very convenient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the privacy settings. If someone were to record the meeting, they can see everybody in the meeting regardless of if they muted, or turned off their camera during the call/meet. I would like it if they fixed that issue to provide a little more privacy for its users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would definitely recommend this to someone considering this product. However, I would not try this without trying other meeting softwares first. If you try something else before this, you can get a good feel for the difference it has to its competitors.
