What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

It is fast, easy to join, easy to make meetings, easy to handle participants. It have a pack of tools like recording and whiteboard for better communication. It has options to make joining of participant seamless, organizer can mute as well as unmute a participant.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Organizer can schedule meeting, and have a complete control on the individua participant, it also provides tools for downloading the recorded meeting but if one person starts a recording other cannot, and it stored locally not on cloud. Nearly thousand of participant can join in paid version.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It lacks when a huge number of participants responds together. Security is very weak easily breakable and misused. one link is feasible but makes the security more weaker to exploit.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you can good money and want a light software for meeting needs, and want to use for free than go for it.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom has a very clean User interface and using zoom is also very easy. I is currently used all around the world for classes, meetings, conference's, etc. You can use a customized zoom meeting as per your company requirements. Apart from that it is getting better from time to time. Also the video quality is also seamless.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is the video quality. It does not use a lot of the data and give a clear video experience. Also you can record meetings. And another favorite feature is that it is cross platform so you can use this is any device as well as on browser.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing that is concerning about zoom is the security. There are many cases of zoom booming. But they are being fixed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, I would surely recommend this to anyone who is considering this software.
