What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Ability to schedule meeting times, record videos, share screens.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Familiarity. I was introduced to Zoom several years ago and since then it has become a staple in any sort of inline event. I like that most people are familiar with it and so there are fewer hiccups and headaches when setting up a remote session or event.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The connectivity and quality can still be a little iffy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely make time to familiarize yourself with Zoom before doing your first call. Get comfortable with where all the buttons are and what tools are available to you. This will certainly save you time and stress in the future.

Room breaks feature makes it stand alone form the others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The security, stability and the integrity of Zoom is its favorite aspect for its users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does lag sometimes, and creates a bad usage drive on our devices.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To someone I recommend Zoom, I will primarily make it very clear that if its all about stability and security then zoom is the best in the market. If its just about an administration or an Organisation, there are better alternatives for the same. Zoom is best in class for some features as its break room feature, access for co-hosts and several premium features provided in it.
