For hosting online conferences Zoom is best, but if we talk about personal meetings some more features and securities need to be added.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Regarding the difference between Zoom and other videoconferencing software, Zoom offers a specialized service for schools, in that it is through Zoom that teachers and students can create a virtual classroom with audio and video in real time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In particular, the integration that it has had within our organization is something fundamental, therefore I like that more than 200 participants can join a single meeting room, although its quality is superior to others, on the other hand Skype does not offer an exclusive service to schools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In my opinion zoom may not be very intuitive, although the instability found in the internet can cause calls to freeze due to this software requiring a large bandwidth.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In particular, when using Zoom I recommend having fast broadband connections to be able to have an optimal video call and enjoy the quality offered by Zoom to the fullest, by virtue of its high quality offered to its customers.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

The big difference that Zoom has with other similar tools is its great customization capacity since many changes can be made, such as being able to adjust the resolution of the light so that it looks light or dark, until being able to add animations while they are in a video conference, this type of things makes it really unique.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the many useful features that this collaboration tool has is that it allows me to create discussion forums where each of the members can contribute new ideas about the issues that are being raised and in this way debate which would be the best option to implement on upcoming projects and events. I also find the application on the phone very useful as sometimes we cannot get to the office on time and we can easily join the video conference from the application.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the negative aspects of this tool is that sometimes the image freezes, this can be due to various reasons, the internet is slow or there are many people in the room, this could generate some kind of slowdown towards the application system or the website.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a very good alternative for medium and large companies since the price can be a bit expensive for some people, and it is important that the needs of the company be evaluated to acquire a plan that meets their work objectives.
