What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom has some adance features like a screen controller and there is access to the host to control the audience by mute or remove from the meeting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the user interface of zoom which is very easy to use. Also in the paid version, there is an option to ask questions which is answered by the speaker. Also there is a tracking system of the answers that are answered or not like that.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a very time taking situation while you are opening the zoom meeting link in a browser. Other than it is the best tool to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to set a meeting with your team then it is the best way to do meet in a very effective way. This tool is also useful when the team is working from home remotely.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

It supports up to 100 participants in its free version and can serve up to 10,000 participants in corporate packages. The free plan allows you to organize an unlimited number of individual meetings and group meetings of 40-minute sessions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom is a multiplatform tool, since it allows you to connect between desktops, mobile devices and room systems, so everyone can join: departments, offices and remote participants. So it can be run on Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android operating systems. Among the main features that stand out are: its intuitive user interface, the speed to join the rooms and the ease of sharing the screen.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The video quality is not the most optimal compared to other platforms.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom is a comprehensive cloud-based video conferencing platform that allows you to organize individual or group virtual meetings very easily.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

In this pandemic, zoom has been the tool that has helped me the most to connect with my clients, employees, friends and family, I have been able to create a better form of communication with everyone in general, it is an excellent platform since it has helped me to take courses, jobs and assignments using this tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

zoom has meetings with no time limit, you can have up to 100 participants in the same meeting, it allows you to record the meetings and save them on your computer or in the cloud, you can also do Webinar. To join a meeting you only need a laptop or your mobile device, it has excellent integrations such as Google calendar and Outlook.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Due to its costs are quite high, when you have a meeting with more than 2 people and you use a free account, your meetings can last up to 40 minutes maximum. The camera and audio quality are not good which makes it very inconvenient when making a video conference.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is excellent software if you are looking to digitize your business, digitize your classes AND if you are looking for work online. It is an excellent tool for your daily use
