Zoom Spaces' digital signage tools are fairly basic compared to dedicated signage platforms. You can upload images, videos, or URLs and schedule them, but you lack: Advanced layout design (e.g., multi-zone screen splits, drag-and-drop designers) Conditional scheduling (e.g., content based on weather, occupancy, time of day) Rich content templates (news tickers, real-time data widgets, etc.)

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that my desk phone and my video meetings are all in one app. I can make and receive phone calls from my computer or my mobile phone using the zoom app. It is very convenient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom phone is an extra cost. It is not included in the standard meeting license.
