What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
Zoho Social allows me to set up unlimited searches that continuously scan various platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, blogs, forums, review sites, and news outlets, for relevant keywords and hashtags. For instance, I have searches set up for our brand name, top products, competitors, and industry terms such as marketing automation. Zoho Social analyzes this data to reveal important details and emerging patterns. Their AI-powered image recognition extracts visual content from video and image file posts for text analysis.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The dashboard displays conversation volumes over time, top authors and sites driving discussions, share of voice, sentiment breakdowns, and more. With just a few clicks, the view can be refined based on target customers by segmenting the data by location, gender, followers, or other attributes. These insights help me identify influencers who are creating buzz around topics that are significant to our audience. By engaging with these influencers through personalized outreach and content sharing, I can tap into their networks to increase brand awareness and credibility.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although its AI has improved, I occasionally notice inaccurate message tagging that can slightly affect sentiment and topic tracking. Continued tuning of linguistic and contextual tagging can reduce these issues.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend exploring Zoho Social for any B2C brand struggling to engage with today's fragmented social conversations. Monitoring customer sentiment levels also allows me to advocate for areas of the company that require improvement. I recently noticed increasing frustration with our support response times and was able to work cross-functionally to address this issue. What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoho Social empowers us to promote events, share company updates, distribute relevant articles, and engage followers. Teams can collaborate seamlessly with file sharing, task assignment, integrated chat, and more. Custom integration is further enabled through public API access. Custom approval flows allow for efficient content governance. Engagement analytics provide deep visibility into follower growth, impressions, reach, clicks, shares, and overall audience sentiment across posts and channels. Competitor tracking is also available.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoho Social provides robust analytics, but some data scientists may desire even deeper statistical capabilities. Additionally, the tool exclusively focuses on social media management rather than being an integrated marketing platform. However, for the specialized needs of social media, Zoho Social is more than capable.

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
Zoho Social has multiple functionalities to facilitate the management and supervision of social networks, since it has easy-to-use search filters, we can customize the supervision panel to make it visually more practical considering our particular needs. This includes responses to notifications and messages that we must attend to on our social networks, and again, by being integrated with other tools such as Zoho Desk, we can follow up on our clients' messages, create tickets, and offer a 360-degree service.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of the most important features of Zoho Social is the possibility of carrying out a precise and effective analysis of our social networks, and we have the possibility of generating reports from there, which in the end is the most effective mechanism to understand our client and to know accuracy the success of our marketing campaigns. In addition, the integration of Zoho Social with Instagram is intuitive and quite practical. Zoho Social makes our job very simple, and to achieve it, we see that it requires a set of very well-designed programming tools, which make it easy to use in the end.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I believe that Zoho Social should have better and more attractive licensing options and plans that allow us to save costs for its use, and increase more integration functionalities with third parties. Innovation is also important, and differentiating from other applications that do the same, which is why the delivery of new features must be more frequent.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In reality, I consider that those who take the step to use Zoho Social have probably used at least one of its other products, such as Zoho CRM, so they will increase the functionalities and customer tracking with high integration. Without a doubt, Zoho CRM users are great candidates to try Zoho Social, but it is good to consider the professional version to generate true value for our processes.
