What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?

Zoho Social is cheaper than other programs and has many features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The user interface is quite basic and straightforward. I like being able to quickly peek at the most recent postings and their associated conversations, all in one place. The monitoring and connecting features make it much simpler to keep a watch on your industry, business, or significant themes. Social media reporting is also cleaner than those of other methods.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As much as I appreciate the UI, I had to get accustomed to the process of picking the platform from which to distribute material (this was just not intuitive to me for some reason). My guess is that when I use it more and more, I won't have any issues with it...

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a wonderful option if you're seeking for social media analytics. Yes, I think you should give it a go.

Great social automation tool with Zoho.

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?

Posting to multiple social media platforms at once saves time and money, and as a result, we've seen an increase in visitors. Our leads are contacted. We'll have an easier time working together now that Bulk posting to numerous social media networks at pre-selected times is a snap with Social Solver. Allows you to finish the queue more quickly. Overall, it's saving me about 1-2 hours a week.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For me, the biggest drawback of Zoho Social is that I can only publish to my personal Facebook page, and I'd like to be able to post to my personal feed as well as schedule posts across other channels because I started with a large number of personal social followers on Facebook. The sample csv was really easy to use, and it saves a great deal of time when it comes to managing social media campaigns.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The higher tiers of Zoho Social may seem a little overpriced, given that they're simply a more convenient method of accessing information that you might find on your own. Even worse, I'd always get either one of two stories from their IT department: Possibly a more streamlined method of switching between several applications.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I believe Zoho is an excellent tool for small businesses like ours, which specializes on B2B transactions. for branding purposes and to create and maintain close relationships with our IT and legal/training management departments, we use social media.
