What differentiates Zoho Sign from other similar products?
Zoho sign is a complete game changer vs using papers and folders. It is the best because it saves all your signed documents so you will find them in a cloud. You never have to think about organizing or misplacing vital agreements. The contrast in my office organization is astronomical. It has freed up physical space and made searching for archived documents a process that takes seconds rather than minutes.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I am a big fan of the notifications/reminders. I set them up to go out every three days and they do a fantastic job at getting people to sign. I also like the decline option for my signers; it’s really better than them just ignoring the email because then they can tell me what change they would like exactly. The interface is very clear and easy for my team to understand. The security features, such as document password protection, are also a huge bonus for our sensitive work. The entire platform is super cohesive and thoughtfully designed. It really has streamlined our day to day admin work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The desktop version of the site can, at times, feel a bit languid to load if you have an extremely bulky archive of documents. The search page could use a bit more optimization.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use this if you are looking to get organized and stop chasing signatures. It’s efficient, professional and really dependable. I absolutely recommend it to any business owner.

Perfect for Zoho Users, But a Bit Clunky on Mobile

What differentiates Zoho Sign from other similar products?
Zoho Sign is different because it fits perfectly with other Zoho apps like CRM and Books, so you can send and sign documents without jumping between platforms. It is best for small to mid-size businesses already using Zoho’s ecosystem.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is the templates feature. I use it to send out repeat contracts, it saves me a ton of time since I don’t have to rebuild the same document every time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile app is pretty slow and sometimes crashes when uploading large files.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend if your business already runs on Zoho tools, Zoho Sign is a no-brainer.
