What differentiates Zoho Sign from other similar products?

The seamless integration with the CRM

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How well it integrates and how easy it is to understand and use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The fields cover the lines even when there isn't text. There are some customizations to the branding I'd like to see changed. It lacks the Lexis Nexus verification which would be a game changer for Zoho

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is well worth using, great substitute for something like DocuSign, IF you don't need the LexisNexus verification.

I wouldn't change a thing.

We changed over from Docusign due to cost, integration, ease of use, features etc. We recommend Zoho to all our client's, their support is second to none!

User-Friendly Intuitive and easy-to-use, with drag and drop tools to build forms on a visual canvas-type workspace.

E-Signatures Ability to add a digital mark indicating agreement to the conditions and terms in a contract or document and also confirms the identity of the message's creator

Blockchain Timestamping Tool provides the means to publicly verify the signing of documents by publishing document signing events along with timestamps to a public blockchain.

Notifications Alerting can be triggered by the application including documents that are not signed making administration much easier.
