Easy to work on multiple projects simultaneously. We can even create a folder to organize our files for each project. It automatically saves changes on every file and folder in our projects.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We use Zoho Projects to create task lists and organize complex projects into manageable chunks and track work in progress across multiple projects and collaborate with teammates on shared tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Improve the built-in sharing features so we can easily collaborate with clients/customers outside of our organization and get their feedback as we work through projects.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The Zoho Projects interface is designed for beginners, with an emphasis on simplicity and ease of use. It helps you manage all your projects, from small tasks to complex projects.

What differentiates Zoho Projects from other similar products?

During the pandemic, we went through difficult times in the company because collaborations and face-to-face meetings had decreased; luckily, we discovered Zoho Project, which allowed us to integrate it with various tools such as Google, Slack, and Zoho Cliq, among others. Through our meetings, we have improved workflow and maximized efficiency and performance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Provides great functions to plan and organize projects and tasks of our company, it does not allow us to keep track of progress and collaborations with our work team. Still, it is an excellent tool to work remotely without diminishing performance and our collaborations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have not had any problems using this platform, and it is a solution that can be used at any time, it does not provide tools such as Gantt charts, spreadsheets and the best in technology with artificial intelligence that adapt to your way of working.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it for large companies that seek to improve the organization with the work teams, maximize the creation of projects and manage everything related to our company goals and obejtivos.

What differentiates Zoho Projects from other similar products?

You get all the capabilities for an incredibly low cost. The price is comparable to offers from rival companies. as in sales force Project and sprint management are two of my favorite aspects.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The UI and interface I prefer the best. With Zoho Tasks, I can handle projects with ease. I can add numerous projects, make tasks right away, and manage them. It is more accessible because I can see the chores in the calendar.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The budget does occasionally reveal its flaws. Sometimes it lags, and if you leave the machine running, the Zoho One messenger software won't update.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this any time of the day because the capacity to plan out major projects, allocate tasks, and provide a platform for communication and collaboration throughout the process is wonderfull. It enables keeping track of the amount of time spent working on the project and its current state.
